My stay was fantastic! The hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the dining options. The pool area was great, and the price was fair.

The hotel's location is great, being down the street from Hamilton Market with plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms were just the right size for entertaining friends with wine and cheese. The staff's behavior was wonderful, but there was a lack of attention from one staff member. The dining experience was good overall with homemade bread but some items ran out. The facilities included indoor pool, fire pit, and outdoor activities like table tennis and basketball courts.

The hotel is conveniently located near highways and offers a great spot for those visiting the area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were just the right size to entertain my friend and have a nice wine and cheese evening, although some areas needed better cleaning. The service provided went above and beyond our expectations, although there were some minor oversights like forgetting to refill the kitchenette daily. The dining experience was a step up from other places we've been, offering a decent breakfast, even though not available in a restaurant setting. Overall, the hotel is a good option for its location and customer service, though there are some minor areas that could be improved.
